construction of <strong data-start=\"492\" data-end=\"523\">three drying columns<\/strong> destined for a new plant at an <strong data-start=\"565\" data-end=\"595\">Eastern European refinery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"422\" data-end=\"781\">This was a custom project developed for a customer active in the <strong data-start=\"678\" data-end=\"695\">petrochemical<\/strong> industry, which required high-performance equipment with maximum operational reliability.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"783\" data-end=\"825\">Technical characteristics of the project<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"1058\">The columns are designed to process <strong data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"907\">propane gas and propylene gas<\/strong>, and represent for all intents and purposes<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"1058\"><strong data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"990\">ASME U Stamp certified pressure vessels<\/strong>, designed according to the <strong data-start=\"1014\" data-end=\"1057\">ASME VIII Division 1 calculation code<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1121\">Each column has the following main features:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1123\" data-end=\"1413\">\n<li data-start=\"1123\" data-end=\"1155\">\n<p data-start=\"1125\" data-end=\"1155\">\u2705 Volume: 15 m\u00b3 each<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1156\" data-end=\"1185\">\n<p data-start=\"1158\" data-end=\"1185\">\u2705 Weight: 20 tons<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1237\">\n<p data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1237\">\u2705 Material: A516 carbon steel GR.70<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1277\">\n<p data-start=\"1240\" data-end=\"1277\">\u2705 Design pressure: 20 bar<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1333\">\n<p data-start=\"1280\" data-end=\"1333\">\u2705 Operating temperature: -50 \u00b0C to +300 \u00b0C<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1334\" data-end=\"1413\">\n<p data-start=\"1336\" data-end=\"1413\">\u2705 Certification: ASME U Stamp (pressure vessels according to ASME VIII Div.1)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1334\" data-end=\"1413\">\u2705 Planking thickness and convex bottoms: 25 mm. after forming<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1451\">Quality control and testing<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1453\" data-end=\"1613\">During the construction phase, all columns were subjected to nondestructive testing (NDT) to ensure the quality and safety of the artifact:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1725\">\n<li data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1657\">\n<p data-start=\"1617\" data-end=\"1657\">\ud83d\udd0d 100% Penetrating Liquids (PT)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1657\">\ud83d\udd0dVisual inspection (VT)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1658\" data-end=\"1693\">\n<p data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"1693\">\ud83d\udd0d Radiographs (RX) 100%<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1694\" data-end=\"1725\">\n<p data-start=\"1696\" data-end=\"1725\">\ud83d\udca7 Final hydraulic test<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"1846\">These audits confirmed theabsence of defects and full compliance with international regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1848\" data-end=\"1905\">An international project with high technical content<\/h2>\n<p
