New stainless steel pressure vessel completed!

We are proud to share one of our latest projects: a custom-built pressure vessel for the chemical industry.

The newly manufactured pressure vessel contains acrylamide, a monomer used for the production of polymers such as polyacrylamide,
a material widely used as a flocculant in water treatment, paper, cosmetics, agriculture, and the mining industry.

  • Capacity: 50,000 liters

  • Design Code: EN 13455-3

  • Material: AISI 316 stainless steel

  • Operating pressure: 10 bar

  • Operating temperature: 0°C / +20°C

  • Intended use: chemical plant

  • Contained fluid: 50% acrylamide – 50% water – acrylic acid – air and soda
